By accessing and using Save My Country Game ("the Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

Save My Country Game is a browser-based country simulator game where players make strategic decisions to guide their nation through various historical ages. The Game is provided for entertainment purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Game.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Game only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

• Infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Game
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game's systems or networks
• Use any automated systems or software to extract data from the Game
• Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Game

4. Intellectual Property

5. User-Generated Content

The Game may allow you to create nation names and other customizable content. You retain ownership of any content you create but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Game.

You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third party's rights and complies with all applicable laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the Game.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Game shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Game, if any.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
